VAUZ Solution Forum

In this interactive workshop, a proven method—originally developed in the theater—is used as an innovative problem-solving tool. A real-life conflict situation experienced in everyday work is presented and examined using the group’s collective intelligence. By playfully testing various approaches, participants work together to develop concrete strategies for averting crises in the future and regaining the ability to take action.
