2017 Summer School and Staff Week at the University of Greifswald

Dear Partners,
We are very happy to announce this year’s summer programmes for staff at students. In 2017 we’re not only offering our summer school, but for the first time we will be hosting an international staff week at the University of Greifswald.

+++
1st International Staff Training Week at the University of Greifswald
The University of Greifswald cordially invites you to our first international Staff Training Week, which will be held from the 12th-16th June 2017.
The programme will mainly focus on the chances and challenges of smaller, rural universities. We aim to connect a wide range of staff from different institutions and to jointly discuss and develop strategies on how to successfully support our universities’ further development, both internationally and at home.
The programme is split into four sections, introducing you to different aspects of the University of Greifswald’s international work and attractiveness. The programme will consist of workshop sessions, the participation in our International Day on the 14th June and a trip to our Biological Research Station on the beautiful island of Hiddensee. Of course there will also be plenty of time for getting to know the University and its members, exploring the town and networking.
The registration deadline is the 15th April2017. Please use the following link to register: https://unigreifsw.moveon4.de/locallogin/5886062784fb967c6e5cfdb2/eng
